This policy explains how intro3d (“we”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the service. By using intro3d you agree to the practices described here.
01Information we collect
Account info: the email, name, and avatar you provide when signing in with Google or an email code.
Content you create: photos you upload, and the images, 3D models, and scene configuration generated from them.
Subscription & payment info: handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
Usage & device data: access logs, IP, browser type, and essential cookies.
02How we use information
To provide and maintain the service: generating your 3D character, hosting and serving your published page.
To process subscriptions and credits, and to send essential service and billing notices.
To troubleshoot, keep the service secure, and improve the product.
03AI generation & third-party processing
To complete a generation you start, the photos and prompts you upload are sent to third-party AI providers to produce images and 3D models. This data is used only to fulfill that generation and is never used to train AI.
04Third-party services
We rely on Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, R2 storage, D1 database), Google (OAuth sign-in), and the AI providers above. Their respective privacy policies also apply to the data they process.
05Cookies
We use cookies only for essential functions such as your login session and language/theme preferences — never for third-party advertising tracking.
06Public & private pages
A page you “publish” is accessible by default via its dedicated link and may be indexed or featured on the showcase. Setting it to “private” makes it link-only, excluded from search engines and the showcase. You can unpublish or delete a project at any time.
07Storage, retention & security
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, but no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
When you delete a project or your account, we remove the related data within a reasonable period (except where retention is legally required).
08Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at the email below for help.
09Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10Changes & contact
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be noted in-app.
