01The service

intro3d lets you turn a photo into a 3D character with AI, add decals, choreograph the camera, and publish a shareable 3D personal page.

02Account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not impersonate others or use another person’s account without authorization.

03Subscriptions & credits

Creating and publishing require a paid subscription and consume credits; see the pricing page for details. Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period (monthly/yearly). You can cancel anytime in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

04Refunds

Because digital services cannot be recovered once used (e.g., credits spent or generations completed), fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

05Your content & license

You retain rights to the content you upload and the works you generate. You grant us a non-exclusive license as necessary to host, operate, and display your work.

You must have the lawful rights to the photos and assets you upload, and their use must not infringe any third-party rights.

06Acceptable use

Do not upload or publish content that is infringing, unlawful, hateful, sexual, or uses another person’s likeness without authorization, and do not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to attack the service.

07Featured showcase

Pages set to public may be selected for our showcase. Set a project to private if you do not want it featured.

08Intellectual property

The intro3d brand, software, interface, and design are owned by us and may not be used without permission.

09Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation; AI-generated results may be inaccurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10Termination, changes & contact

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in-app, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
